The Law Firm Alliance is an affiliation of law firms created as a vehicle for enabling their clients to obtain competent and responsive legal services by providing a network of member firms for referral of legal matters and consultation. Membership in the Law Firm Alliance is by invitation only and is limited to one firm per geographic area. All are mid-size firms that have an "AV" rating by Martindale Hubbell, maintain substantial business and litigation practices and are similar in terms of attorney depth, professional standards and commitment to attentive client service. The Law Firm Alliance is currently comprised of approximately 50 firms throughout North America and Europe. Through this network, when needed, Seigfreid Bingham and the other member firms can refer their clients to other attorneys with confidence they will receive quality legal services and attention. The Law Firm Alliance is not a partnership or joint venture. Each member firm is a separate legal entity that performs its work independently and is solely responsible for the quality of its work.
